How long does the sprint take?

Depending on the final scope, sprint takes anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks. With usual timeline looking like this

Week 1-2: Strategy workshop, and mid-fidelity structure and design direction for all page systems

Week 2-4: High-fidelity design completion and iteration, Webflow build, QA, and launch preparation

Yes, but we typically recommend strategic rebuilds over direct migration.

During pre-sprint, we audit your current site and determine what's worth migrating versus rebuilding. Most sprints involve strategic rebuilds because we're optimizing for conversion, not just moving content between platforms.

If you have hundreds of pages (blog archives, documentation, etc.), we can discuss phased migration approaches or hybrid solutions.
