Let’s be fair,

By almost every measurable standard, good has become the floor. You can build a business from your bedroom, ship an app knowing zero code, launch a product line in a week. The tools are miraculous, access is unprecedented, and potential is, well almost infinite.

Still remains the ultimate business leverage.

Inspired by Tim Ferriss’s “the good shit sticks” idea, which he framed as an antidote to information overload: by keeping attention on what keeps coming back.

I drew a direct parallel in brand and design itself. By pointing out the fact, that great practice turns an ordinary insight or vision into something people stick to and let live in their mind. In a world where execution becomes increasingly meaningless, build shit that sticks.

Brands that click emotionally, before making sense rationally. Experiences that sit so well, people wanna tell all their friends about. Agentic technology gets us there faster, but design-led thinking and know how makes it so.

We partner with impatient entrepreneurs. The kind whose ambition can’t be one-shotted. Ready to build the good shit, the right way.

Cheers,

Approach

Based on our we forged two primary ways of achieving this.

Forget perfect. Flawless ideas that never see light, impress no one.
Trust outside view. Your market knowledge, our fresh perspective.
Mutual trust. Direct collaboration beats bureaucracy and overhead.
Shit that sticks. Balances flashy with function, and clean execution.

System creation. A focused short term engagement, that will turn your rough idea into a system across brand, web or product. Clean solution ready for your agentic operations. Done in weeks.

Embedded expansion. A partnership based engagement, structured around retainer or credit based packages. Crafted to meet your unique needs between embedded unit, and on call basis.

Hey there,

With two primary types of engagement we help ambitious founders make their ideas whole by unifying brand, web, and product systems.

Starting with , a one-off engagement that turns a rough idea into a finished system. Scoped to your needs, and run with the aim to get you ready in weeks, not months.

Streamlined, sprint-based approach to building an AI-enabled brand or web system. Executed between strategy workshops, and highest level of craft to get you live in weeks. And enable you and your team to operate it on your own.

Often followed, and for some starting with , a dedicated 3 month minimum engagement, ideal for expert-led expansion of the system, or long term system thinking. Providing internal team level impact without hiring.

A retainer based approach, allowing direct collaboration without bureaucracy. Highly embedded, senior level execution building on top of your ideas and challenging where they go at every step of the way.

Alternatively, for one-off assistance and lower volume partnerships we run outcome based . Offered as pre-paid package at a discounted rate, or post-paid usage based plan.
